Returns/Exchange Portal

All returns/exchanges must be approved using the portal within 14 days of the delivery date. Once approved, item(s) must be sent and postmarked within 7 days of approval. A refund/exchange will be processed as soon as the item(s) has been received by our team. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 days to be posted into your bank account. Things Between is not responsible for the cost of the return labels or return packages sent by the customer.
