All returns must be approved by sending an email to service@thethingsbetween.com. Once approved, item(s) must be sent and postmarked within 14 days of approval. All item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached. A refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) has been received by our team. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 days to be posted into your bank account. Things Between is not responsible for the cost of the return labels.
