Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $125! (Applies to domestic orders only.)
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please email us your name and order number at service@thethingsbetween.com.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns
We want you to be happy!
All returns must be approved by sending an email to service@thethingsbetween.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Once approved, item(s) must be sent and postmarked within 7 days of approval. A refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) has been received by our team. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 days to be posted into your bank account. Things Between is not responsible for the cost of the return labels.
