Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $150! (Applies to domestic orders only.)
All orders are processed and shipped within 6-8 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please email us your name and order number at service@thethingsbetween.com.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is between the customer and the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Any delivery issues or claims must be handled directly through the courier service.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@thethingsbetween.com with your order number.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location or mailbox area
- Asking neighbors, roommates, or household members if they accepted the package
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance or to file a claim
Final Sale Policy
All sale, promotional, and lifestyle items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please note that during sitewide promotions and holiday sales, all purchases made using the promotional discount are considered final sale unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Only promotions explicitly advertised as “returnable” at the time of purchase are eligible for return or exchange.
Price matching is not offered on any sale or promotional items.
Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please log into your account, select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, specify the reason for your request, and submit it through our return portal within 14 days of your purchase or delivery date.

Items may also be returned or exchanged in-store at our ROW DTLA location: 767 S. Alameda Street, Suite 196, Los Angeles, CA 90021
In-store returns/exchanges are only eligible for store merchandise.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, with original tags attached
- Must be accompanied by a valid receipt
- Must be requested and returned within the 14-day window
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed once items are received and may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement. All sale items, home goods, and accessories are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. For select promotions returns may be accepted; however, price matching is not permitted on any sale items.
