Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $125! (Applies to domestic orders only.)
All orders are processed and shipped within 6-8 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please email us your name and order number at service@thethingsbetween.com.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please email us at service@thethingsbetween.com within 14 days of your purchase or delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return. Items may also be returned or exchanged in-store at our ROW DTLA location: 767 S. Alameda Street, Suite 196, Los Angeles, CA 90021
In-store returns/exchanges are only eligible for store merchandise.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, with original tags attached
- Must be accompanied by a valid receipt
- Must be requested and returned within the 14-day window
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed once items are received and may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement. All sale items, home goods, and accessories are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
