To request a return or exchange, please email us at service@thethingsbetween.com within 14 days of your purchase or delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return.
Items may also be returned or exchanged in-store at our ROW DTLA location:

In-store returns/exchanges are only eligible for store merchandise.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, with original tags attached
- Must be accompanied by a valid receipt
- Must be requested and returned within the 14-day window
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed once items are received and may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement.
