Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping on orders over $150! (Applies to domestic orders only.)All orders are processed and shipped within 6-8 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please email us your name and order number at service@thethingsbetween.com.We currently do not offer international shipping.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is between the customer and the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Any delivery issues or claims must be handled directly through the courier service.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@thethingsbetween.com with your order number.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location or mailbox area
- Asking neighbors, roommates, or household members if they accepted the package
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance or to file a claim
