Refund policy

To request a return or exchange, please log into your account, select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, specify the reason for your request, and submit it through our return portal within 14 days of your purchase or delivery date.

Items may also be returned or exchanged in-store at our ROW DTLA location: 767 S. Alameda Street, Suite 196, Los Angeles, CA 90021

In-store returns/exchanges are only eligible for store merchandise.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, with original tags attached
• Must be accompanied by a valid receipt
• Must be requested and returned within the 14-day window

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. Refunds are processed once items are received and may take 7–10 business days to appear on the customer’s statement. We accept returns on eligible items in accordance with our standard return policy; however, all sale items, home goods, accessories, and any items marked or advertised as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. For select promotions, returns may be accepted only as explicitly stated in the promotion details. We do not offer price matching or price adjustments on any sale items.
